Software for running a coaching institute online. You get your own academy at its own web address, where you publish courses, enrol your students, and track how they are getting on. Your students sign in to your academy, not to a marketplace — Paatya's name is not on it, and your students are yours.

Anyone who teaches and wants their own place to do it: private tutors and subject teachers, coaches and trainers, coaching institutes and test-prep centres, course creators, and companies running their own training. It works the same whether you have ten learners or a thousand — you pay for what your academy uses, so a small academy costs little.

At paatya.net/signup. You choose your academy's name and web address, tell us your name, email and mobile number, and pick a password. We email you a six-digit code to confirm the address; entering it creates your academy and signs you in. It takes a couple of minutes, there is nothing to install, and you do not speak to a salesperson unless you want to.

Sign in, set your logo and colours, write your academy's public page, and look around every screen. Your academy is live at ₹0. Creating courses, adding students and enrolling them open up with your first recharge — everything else is free to explore for as long as you like.

You add them from your Students page, and each gets an email inviting them to choose their own password. Students cannot sign themselves up, so nobody is in your academy that you did not put there.

Yes. Every academy starts at yourname.paatya.net and can move to a domain you own, such as learn.youracademy.com. You point one DNS record at us and the certificate is issued and renewed automatically.

Sections and topics, and a topic can hold a video with chapter markers, documents to download, links, written notes, and a quiz. Students see their progress through each course and pick up exactly where they stopped, on any device.

Yes, on every plan, because there is only one plan. You set each quiz's passing score, how many attempts are allowed and an optional time limit. Finish a course and a certificate is issued with a credential id that anyone — an employer, a registrar — can verify on our site without an account.

No. You collect your fees however you do today, in cash, by UPI, or through whatever you already use, and enrol the students who have paid. Paatya never touches your students' money and never charges them anything.

Yes. Every academy's courses, students and files are kept apart at the database level, and nothing in one academy can be read from another. Your students never see that other academies exist.

Yes, it is your data. Each student's quiz results export to CSV, your transactions and usage export to CSV or Excel, and statements and invoices download as PDF. For anything else, email support and we will send it to you, with no export fee.

You can, and some do. But a site that streams your videos, remembers the second each student stopped at, marks quizzes, and issues certificates anyone can verify is months of work — and it keeps needing attention long after it is built. Paatya is all of that, already running. You pay for what your academy uses, and spend your time teaching instead of maintaining software.

No monthly fee, no setup fee, and no charge for courses, for registered students or for admins. You top up a balance and usage is deducted from it. An academy nobody used this month costs nothing this month.

Three things: each active learner in a calendar month, the video you store, and the video your students stream. Nothing else — email notifications are included, and there is no free allowance to run out of, so you pay these rates from the first learner and the first gigabyte. Current rates are on the pricing page and in your academy under Usage & Billing.

A student who signs in or studies in your academy during a calendar month. Each is charged once, the first time they are active that month, however much they do afterwards. A student who does nothing that month costs nothing, and admins are never charged.

Recharge by UPI or card from inside your academy, from ₹1,000 upwards. GST of 0% is added on top, so ₹1,000 of credit costs ₹1,000, and a GST tax invoice is issued straight away. Add your GSTIN under Billing details and it prints on every invoice, so a registered business can claim the input credit. Usage is deducted from your balance and is not taxed again.

Your first successful recharge earns 20% extra credit. Pay for ₹1,000 and ₹1,200 lands in your balance. It applies once, to the first recharge only.

You get low-balance emails before it does. When it reaches ₹0 there is a short grace period, and after that videos and new active learners pause until you top up. Signing in and recharging always work, nothing is deleted, and everything resumes the moment you add balance.

Set a daily limit, a monthly limit, or both, and choose whether hitting one just alerts you or pauses usage until the next day or month. You can also set automatic recharge, which tops up by a fixed amount whenever the balance drops below a threshold you set.

Under Usage & Billing → Payments in your academy. A GST invoice is there for every recharge, and a statement for every month, which we also email you on the 1st.

Unused paid credit can be refunded on request, with the GST on it, to the method you paid with. Bonus credit, including the first-recharge bonus, is not refundable.

Email support@paatya.net and a person reads it. Tell us your academy's address — the yourname.paatya.net part — and what you were doing when it went wrong, and we can usually find it without a back-and-forth. Give everyone who helps run it their own admin account instead of sharing one password, and deactivate an admin the day they leave. Each account can be signed in on one device at a time, so a shared or stolen password shows itself quickly, and every sign-in is listed under Settings → Activity.

We will email you, and if it stays unused and unfunded we pause it and eventually close it, rather than keeping it running quietly forever. Nothing is deleted when it is paused — sign in and add balance and it comes straight back.

You and the admins you invite. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your students' data to train anything. Our staff do not read your academy's content as a matter of course, and the services we rely on for email, messaging and payments only handle what they need to do their job.
