Service Delivery Policy

Paatya is an online service. Nothing physical is shipped. This policy explains how what you pay for reaches you.

1. Credit

When an academy recharges, the credit is added to its balance as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. The tax invoice is available under Usage & Billing at the same time.

2. If credit does not appear

Sometimes a bank confirms a payment late. If money has left your account but the credit has not appeared within 30 minutes:

1. Refresh Usage & Billing. The recharge may already be there.
2. If it is not, write to support@paatya.net with the payment reference from your bank or UPI app.

We check with the payment gateway and either add the credit or, if the payment did not complete, make sure the money is returned to you. A payment that fails is usually reversed by the bank automatically within 5 to 7 working days.

3. Your academy

An academy is ready to use as soon as its signup is complete. Its website is live at its paatya.net address straight away. A custom domain goes live once its DNS records point to us.

4. Where we deliver

Paatya is offered to academies in India. Prices are in Indian rupees.
