Online employee training and upskilling on your own branded academy

Corporate trainers and L&D teams: put training courses, assessments and certificates on a branded academy, and pay only for employees who train that month.

Last updated 16 October 2026

Paatya gives a corporate trainer or L&D team a branded academy for employee training: courses, assessments and certificates in one place, at an address such as learn.yourcompany.com. Because you pay for each employee who actually trains in a month — not for every account — a programme that runs a few times a year costs nothing in the months between.

Training that runs itself

  • Add employees from a spreadsheet; each gets an email to set a password.
  • Enrol a whole team on a course in one step, with a start date and an end date for access, and reminders before it ends.
  • Assessments: quizzes with pass marks, time limits, attempt limits and shuffled questions; a topic with a quiz is complete only when it is passed.
  • Certificates with your company's logo and a credential number anyone can verify.

Reporting for L&D

Each employee's page shows the topics they finished, watch time and every quiz attempt, and exports to CSV. Learning analytics show active learners, completions and quiz results over time, and Course health shows where people stall.

Control and safety

Several admins, each with their own sign-in and required two-step verification. Each academy's courses, people and files are kept separate from every other academy. Employees you deactivate are signed out everywhere at once.

What it costs

There is no monthly subscription and no setup fee. You add credit in advance, from ₹1,000, and pay only for three things: each student who signs in or studies in a month, the video you keep stored, and the video your students stream. Students who don't study that month cost nothing, and adding courses, students and admins is free. See the live rates and a cost calculator.

Your first recharge earns 20% extra credit.
