Paatya is a learning platform a coaching institute runs as its own: your academy has your name, your web address and your colours, and your students sign in to it directly. You publish courses, enrol batches and track every student's results. You pay for usage from a prepaid balance — there is no monthly subscription, no setup fee and no charge per course or per registered student.

Built for batches

  • Enrol a whole batch at once, with a start date and an access end date, and send reminders before access ends.
  • Structured courses: sections and topics you can reorder, kept as drafts until you publish.
  • Video lectures with chapters, and you decide whether students may skip ahead.
  • Tests: multiple choice and true/false, partial credit, pass marks, time limits and attempt limits.
  • Study material: PDFs, slides, spreadsheets and links on any topic.

Know how every batch is doing

Each student's watch time, topics completed and test attempts are on their page and export to CSV. Course health shows where a batch stalls and how it scores on each quiz. The analytics dashboard compares courses and shows who your website brings in.

Your institute, not ours

  • Your logo, colours and fonts on every screen and every email.
  • A public page for your institute, with your courses, your faculty, results and reviews, and an enquiry form.
  • Your own domain, such as learn.yourinstitute.com, with HTTPS set up for you.
  • Certificates with your logo, signature and credential number, verifiable by anyone.
  • Several admins, each with their own sign-in and two-step verification.

Your students' data stays in your academy, separate from every other academy on Paatya.

Pricing in brief

As of October 2026: ₹25 per student active in a month, ₹5 per GB of video stored per month, and ₹20 per GB of video streamed. Students who don't study that month cost nothing. A coaching institute with 200 active students, 40 GB of lectures and 300 GB streamed would spend about ₹11,200 that month. Use the calculator on the pricing page with your own numbers.

You recharge from ₹1,000. Your first recharge earns 20% extra credit. Daily and monthly spending limits stop a busy month from surprising you.
