Online classes for tuition centres

Run your tuition centre's courses online under your own name, and pay only for the students who actually study each month.

Last updated 16 October 2026

Paatya gives a tuition centre its own online academy, at its own web address and with its own name, logo and colours. You put your recorded classes, notes and tests there; your students sign in to your academy, not to a marketplace; and you pay only for what your academy uses. There is no monthly subscription and no setup fee.

What your students get

  • Recorded classes they can watch again before an exam, picking up at the exact second they stopped.
  • Notes and worksheets as PDFs or slides on each topic, downloadable or view-only — your choice.
  • Tests with a pass mark, a time limit and a set number of attempts, marked straight away.
  • A certificate when they finish a course, with your logo and signature, that anyone can verify.

It works in any phone's browser, so there is nothing for parents to install. Android and iOS apps are on the way.

What you get

  • Every student's progress: which topics they have watched, for how long, and how they did in each test. Export it whenever a parent asks.
  • Batches in one step: enrol a whole class on a course at once, with a start date if you want one, and an end date for the term.
  • Course health: see where students stall and how they score on each quiz, so you know what to re-teach.
  • Your team: add your other teachers as admins, each with their own sign-in.

How fees work

You collect fees the way you do today — cash, UPI, or anything else — and enrol the students who have paid. Paatya never handles your students' money.

What it costs you

You add credit in advance, from ₹1,000, by UPI, card or net banking, and usage comes out of it. You are charged for three things only: each student who signs in or studies during a month, the video you keep stored, and the video your students stream. A student who doesn't log in that month costs nothing. Adding courses, adding students and adding teachers is free. See the live rates and a cost calculator.

Your first recharge earns 20% extra credit.

Getting started

  1. Create your academy at yourname.paatya.net. It takes a couple of minutes.
  2. Add your logo and colours, then your first course. The quick start guide walks through it.
  3. Add your students one by one or from a spreadsheet. Each gets an email to set a password.

Later, you can move your academy to your own domain, such as learn.yourcentre.in. HTTPS is set up for you.
